A BROKEN SPIRIT
Have he lost his smile, joy, spunks and zest for life?
Is he always grumpy, sad, angry, bitter or stressed?
Did he come from a broken home or been rejected and or neglected?
It could be that he has a broken spirit.
A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
But it is remedied by having a cheerful disposition.
TODAY'S PRAYER
Pray that your husband will learn how to relax in the Lord and, in his greatest times of stress, find joy and peace in his relationship with God. Pray that he will submit his schedule to the Lord. (Neh. 8:10; Prov. 17:22; Ps. 16:11)
These scriptures are a definite to mend a broken spirit. One must eat, drink, avoid being sad or sorry, but be filled of joy- For the joy of the Lord is your strength.

TODAY'S FOCUS: FULLNESS OF JOY
Fullness of joy comes from staying in the presence of the Lord.
Psalm 16:11 (KJV)
Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

ReplyDeleteNo you should not as relationship should be mutual sharing. Many women struggle with a mate who is not expressing the same sentiments, and it can get very difficult and discouraging. But the prayers of this challenge will surely provide a cushion of comfort as you begin to pray positive affirmations. If not your spirit can become broken. God moves when we trust and have faith! .
