THE BUTTERFLY

TRANSFORMATION

Beside the metamorphosis meaning, physic and mathematic meaning, linguistics and biological process, transformation means..
A thorough or dramatic change in form or appearance.

I would like to use this statement of the Butterfly section of our study...
"Jesus didn't come to make bad people better. He came to transform us into something entirely new."

This statement really brought me to looking at myself.  The story (again you must get the book) has a message so strong that only those who are hardened and willful will not melt at the narrative and descriptive story.  Wow GOD!!!

TODAY'S FOCUS - SHEDDING THE OLD - "Old lives for New"

You see a caterpillar cannot be a better or improved caterpillar - It must changed into a butterfly.
As I began to meditate on that process I saw me born into this world, growing up as a child, teenager, adult and reflected on what has changed about me especially in my spiritual life.  Am I still in my caterpillar skin or have I transformed totally to that of a butterfly, soft velvety, glowing, tender, teachable ready to fly butterfly..? THIS is deep!

Think about this.....
Have you had a thorough dramatic change in form and appearance or are you still struggling in the skins of your chrysalises, (hard outer shell or preparation of transition) of your lower nature?

Ask... What am I going to do about it?

Ask...  Am I willing to be teachable?

Ask... How am I going to transform?

Jesus offers...
Warm hearts for cold
Robes of Righteousness for sin
Love for hate
And so much more....

Trade up today and be transformed.  Remember Jesus came to make all things new not better...

God Bless - Keep the Faith!
