FOR THE GLORY OF GRACE

FOCUS OF LOVE

God chose you before the foundation of the world, to be His very own.  In the beginning He made you perfect, then came the fall.  But because He made you with love and purpose, you were the focus of His love.

He made you to be holy in His eyes, without fault, and He predestinated you to the adoption of Jesus Christ for His good pleasure.  

Ephesians 1:4-6

According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

God's had a plan and purpose a long time ago to send Jesus so that He can extend His favor and redeem you by His grace.

Don't allow your circumstances to keep you from accepting His grace. You have been accepted and now belong to Jesus to His good pleasure and will.  Don't look to yourself for perfection, but look to Him who sees you as holy and has a plan to restore you in love.

TODAY'S FOCUS: CAUGHT BY GRACE

Grace is the extension of love.  The thief on the cross was forgiven by love, but grace brought him mercy. Today, you too because of the focus of His love are caught by grace. 

Romans 5:8 (KJV)

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

So overflowing was His love that He took away all of your sins through the blood of His son.  Today you are saved because of His grace.  From the very beginning even to now, He understands you and knows what is best for you at all times. 

Remember, you were made for His good pleasure and for the glory of His grace.  You were made perfect, holy and accepted for His praise.  When you fell, He extended His love while you were a sinner and caught you by grace.  You are predestined because you are the focus of His love.  Live for His glory!
