SPIRITUAL DIET
I am on a diet is a word that is heard very frequently - Almost everyone is on a diet.
MOST DIETS REQUIRE SOME FORM OF EXERCISE
Any form of exercise require work and discipline. It must be done on a regular basis, you must have a set goal and from time to time assess your results.
BEING ON A DIET ALSO REQUIRE YOU TO REFRAIN FROM CERTAIN FOODS AND OTHER COMFORTS
IT REQUIRES YOUR INVOLVEMENT, ENGAGEMENT, WILL POWER AND DETERMINATION..
1 Timothy 4:7-8 (KJV)
But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.
For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
