GREEN PASTURES & STILL WATERS
Psalm 23:2 (KJV) He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters.
Reflect on the above picture and visualize the Lord as your Shepherd gently leading you to green pastures. In your mind lie down picture yourself with the Shepherd letting go of all your cares, burdens and frustrations. Allow your mind and heart to open up and trust Him to take care of every trouble, fear, doubt and unbelief, grief, pain, hurt, anxiety, guilt or any other personal concerns as issues. Yes marinate in there, linger in His presence. Hush, Hush, Hush and listen to His voice let him nourish, feed you and give you His peace.
TODAY'S FOCUS: DRIED UP AND THIRSTY
We are in a season of prosperity and blessing and it is declared that 2014 is the year of the double anointing. As a matter of fact today is the first one. 01-14-14

Yes Pastor, they have been times in my life when I have experienced a season of dryness and drought. Years back when I was just out of school and employed by what I would call a reputable company in Innovative, I thought that I had the best life possible at that time. Little did I know that the company was going to be laying off and restructuring was going to take place and it happen so I was part of the ones that would have been terminated. This happened to me more than 11 years ago and I was unemployed for almost a year and the money that I have saved up was dwindling, and going down and down. And I prayed to God and I think he was teaching something and I did not know at the time what he was really teaching me because I was just in a depressed state because of what had happened to me. But even in my state of dryness and drought God still delivered me and is my Deliverance and I know now that his God was teaching me that all my trust and faith needs to be in him. God was leading and like he did for the Children of Israel in the Bible through the hand of Moses, "Stand and See the Salvation of the Lord." He can do it for you, all you have to do is have faith and believe.
ReplyDeleteMy Brethren, unbelief can cause the states of dryness and drought in our lives. All we have to do is believe on the Lord, have faith and he will see us through. Thank you Jesus! Can I have some praise up in here! Halleluyah!!
